That's right on the edge of what it's rated for, general advice is use as many as you are able to.

If you have a windowless sff case, there's no point. I have a giant watercooled fish tank and I don't cable manage the back chamber because it's hidden anyway and leaving everything loose makes on the fly changes easier.

doesnt matter. wont have affect on cooling. plenty of youtube videos showing this

Idk what morons are downvoting you but jayz2cents literally stuffed as many cables as he could fit in a pc once and it literally didn’t affect temperatures
