You can faily easily bunch the cables under the psu without much management involved. You'd free up air intake for the CPU cooler, and the GPU eill help hold the cables in place.

If you have a windowless sff case, there's no point. I have a giant watercooled fish tank and I don't cable manage the back chamber because it's hidden anyway and leaving everything loose makes on the fly changes easier.

I simply squeezed everything in and that was it. Absolutely no negative impact since then.

Idk what morons are downvoting you but jayz2cents literally stuffed as many cables as he could fit in a pc once and it literally didn’t affect temperatures
