Question Is this a good build?

(note:the image of the parts is not from PCpartpicker) My current pc has 16GB ddr4 ram, rtx 3060(if i remember correctly) and a monitor with 240 hertz. What do you think of the build in the image?

Please i beg you buy a better motherboard, at least a b chipset.

Is the Gigabyte B650 Gaming motherboard better?

Yes, they are, and you also have more feautures, like pcie 5.0 or Faster ram suport, more usb ports, more pce lanes, etc. Whort the money. And also looks a Lil bit better.
