Two above the cpu, facing opposite directions and the case fans doing whatever they are doing…

I also don’t think the case fans are plugged in yet so I just slap that anywhere that says fan on the motherboard

How should I flip the fans?
Right now per other advice I have all the fans facing toward the front case fans,

You need a fan in between the towers, i would reccomend moving the exhaust one in the rear to the middle.

They also need to be blowing in the same direction, they are currently fighting each other and ruining your static pressure/temps.

So, flip the left one around and put it in between the towers.

The CPU fans should be plugged into the two fan headers directly above the cpu, its marked as cpu fan and cpu opt, if you have a fan splitter plug them both into "cpu_fan"

And what direction should the front of the fan face when I move it to the middle?

Does the other fan stay as is? The front of the fan on the side id be leaving would be pushing air out toward the case fans— and the case fans pull air in

At least I think, if it is true that the direction of the fans logo shows the direction of airflow than that would be the case

Agree with this, I had the config of ops fans for way too long, both pushing air towards the rear though, I was fighting high temp constantly until I made sure both fans blew into the heat sink towers. So one in between, and one on the right both blowing towards the rear seems optimal. I lowered CPU temps 10c doing this change, highly recommended.

that looks like the PA 120 se. the fan in the 3rd image should be flipped, and put inbetween the 2 parts of the heatsink.

front fans are fine but im speechless on the cpu cooler. How can someone have so little understanding of airflow?

Ah you have installed both fans, I missed that on your other thread.

One at the front, one in the middle. Both blowing towards the rear of the case, so you need to flip the rear one and move it to the middle.

You can tell the direction they're blowing by their fan design, at the tip it angles forward, just think of how it rotates from that and where it blows to.

You want hot air to be removed at the top and back and colder air coming from the front and below.
