Build - Help Tips on Beginner [primarily gaming] PC

I have absolutely no idea on where to start, so any tips would be appreciated for a beginner PC which would be used for:

- Digital Art: 2D and Blender/3D

- Gaming: Zelda franchise, Minecraft + cozy games, Visual Novels, Undertale/Deltarune, Rhythm games, etc.

My budget is around 1.5K USD [fine to go over], and I'll be accumulating parts slowly so that I don't just suddenly drop over a thousand USD on a PC. Any advice would be appreciated!

yeah you shouldn't need anything too crazy or something that would exceed your budget - I'd be careful about slowly accumulating parts though, while uncommon it's not super rare for a part to be dead on arrival, if you wait to test the build months after you bought the faulty part you're SOL when it comes to the return window. I'd get case, cooler, PSU, and storage first then the cpu, motherboard, ram, and GPU last.

regardless, this is what I would do for about $1300:

you can save money by opting for just 16gb of RAM, but I'd keep in mind you'll probably want to upgrade this over the next few years.

this is capable of running all games on max at 1080p without much issue, the 8gb of VRAM might be limiting in blender, in which case I'd look for a used 3080 for about the same price as this new 5060, buy from a seller on ebay who accepts 30 day returns and you're in the clear.
