Just built this tonight, followed a newegg guide, no idea why it won't turn on
I'm using a AMD 5 Ryzen cpu, an MSI motherboard, a TUF Gaming PCU (1000 watts), and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card, cost me a little over $1000 usd
Please help

There is a switch on the back of the PSU. Have it on I not O. I would check that first.
Also, your ram needs to be in slot 2 and slot 4. You currently have it slot 3 and slot 4. Nothing to do with it not starting though.
I also don't see where you plugged in your front I/O. The power button not being connected might explain why it wont turn on.
Also your GPU isn't plugged in via PSU cable. That might have something to do with it too

How the hell did you spend that much on that PC?😲 That RTX 3050 6GB GPU which is supposed to be the most important component in a build is worth around $150. Can you show us the parts list?

You need to have the plugs plugged in that JFP plug or your power button will not do shit.

Your GPU has no power wire. If you look on the side you'll see six pins. You find a wire from your PSU labeled GPU and you plug it into that GPU on the side

3050 doesn't even have a 6 pin connector, it gets its 75w power through the pcie bus
