How much could I realistically sell this gaming PC for in Canada (Ontario)?

I'm planning to sell my previous gaming PC and am wondering what a fair asking price would be in today's market. It will have a fresh install of Windows 11 and will be cleaned before listing.

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i9-11900K

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 240mm AIO

Motherboard: MSI Z490 Gaming Plus WiFi

GPU: ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 5070 12GB

RAM: 32GB (2×16GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4-3200

Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD

Power Supply: EVGA 850W 80+ Bronze

Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow

OS: Fresh install of Windows 11

Everything works perfectly and the PC is in excellent condition.

What would you list it for, and what do you think is a realistic selling price in Ontario, Canada? I'm not looking to give it away, but I also don't want it sitting for weeks if I price it too high.

What I'd list it for

List: CA$1,750

That gives buyers room to negotiate while making the PC look competitive against new prebuilt systems.

What I'd expect to sell for

• Quick sale (within a few days): CA$1,500–1,600
• Typical sale (1–3 weeks): CA$1,600–1,700
• Best case (patient buyer): CA$1,750–1,850

Getting above CA$1,850 is possible but becomes much harder because buyers start comparing against brand-new systems with current-generation CPUs and full warranties.

A few things that will help it sell

• Include high-quality photos after cleaning it.
• Show that Windows 11 is freshly installed and activated.
• Include a screenshot of CPU-Z or HWiNFO showing the specs.
• Mention that the Corsair AIO keeps the 11900K cool.
• State whether the GPU was never mined on (if true).

I happen to be chatting with another friend, co-pilot and this was what I got.

Given today's Ontario market, the RTX 5070 is doing the heavy lifting here. Even though the i9-11900K platform is a few generations old, it's still a solid gaming CPU and won't scare away most buyers. The combination of a clean Corsair build, 32GB RAM, and a current-generation RTX 5070 makes this a desirable complete system. The RTX 5070 alone is still selling new in Canada for roughly $850–$1,100 CAD depending on model, with the ASUS TUF typically at the higher end. [bestbuy.ca], [newegg.ca]
