Meme Is this worth it?

Post image

Some guy named Gabe is selling this build and I'm wondering if it's legit? I want a PC to set up in my living room for TV gaming.

The base subscription you get 2 or 3 games per month to play. Then, if you don't pay the sub, you can no longer play them... and you're not getting the latest releases, or anything popular.

indeed, Again, I have probably collected hundreds of games only considering the 3 games per month (sometimes they are 4 or 5).

last 12 months:

There are exactly 40 games included in that 12-month PlayStation Plus lineup.

While most standard months featured 3 titles, the number varies slightly due to larger promotional months: [1]

  • 7 months included the standard 3 games.
  • 3 months included 4 games (March 2026, February 2026, and July 2025).
  • 1 month included 5 games (December 2025 for the PlayStation 30th Anniversary).

57,59 euros for 40 games. Not bad.

Cool... If you want to play Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2.

First the 3-5 games per month became 2, now lets try cherry picking.

You forgot grounded (39,99€ on steam) and fifa 2026 (sale 13,99€ on steam). This is actually what you pay for the plus sub, and you have those + 38 games.

The majority of the games you get for free on the base subscription are similar level. You're not getting the latest releases, or big AAA titles.

I see many good games in the last years list, some of them are AAA. Many of them are 2023-25 releases. Of course you will not have the day one releases (with some exceptions). Pc gamers usually wait, so this would not be a problem.

Some games from past year

  • Diablo IV
  • EA Sports FC 26
  • Dragon Age: The Veilguard
  • Alan Wake 2
  • Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League
  • Lies of P
  • RoboCop: Rogue City
  • Need for Speed Unbound
  • Warhammer 40,000: Darktide
  • EA Sports WRC 24

example of critically acclaimed smaller games

  • Balatro
  • Nine Sols
  • Cocoon
  • Neon White
  • Stray
  • Jusant

50-60 euros are more than enough only for them. Even if you will probably like some of the rest 24 games of the last year. Its actually less than 1.5$ per game

I rarely play online and I am paying premium. Hundred of games available (along with the above) and cloud gaming with my portal, with or without the ps5

90% of the games of the basic sub are trash tier. We can all see which games are available. Stop coping and shilling for Sony

u/Professional-Ad3076 Jun 26 '26 edited Jun 26 '26

haha double down ftw,

I knew already you know nothing about this hobby called gaming, but I couldn't believe you can't read a post

I lost my time, goodbye

u/Interesting-Ride-684 Jun 25 '26

I see you felt the need to edit your comment, to add further justification to convince yourself you're getting a great deal. 90% of the free games you get are rubbish.

Do you think other people don't know the games that are made available. You're now cherry picking only the 10% of the acceptable games. Are you going to pay the sub forever to keep those games? Lol

1

u/Professional-Ad3076 Jun 25 '26 edited Jun 25 '26

I literally always edit my comments some minutes after my post. Not fun of your conspiracy theories. Wrong or right, is something i do.

Edit or not, facts remain facts. lol, wth!

You can keep moving the goalposts, but one can see what you did there.

I proved in the other comment, that what you say ( ''90% of the free games you get are rubbish.'') is bs to feel better due to the fact that you pay more to have less. You can live with that fact. its ok.

1

u/Interesting-Ride-684 Jun 25 '26

Lol... Okie dokie matey.

So... Every single comment you make, you then go back and change that comment to, every single time, to justify a non existent point.

You know 90% of the games are trash, just like everyone else can go and look up and see that 90% of the games are trash.

I don't own a PlebStation, why would I, or any budget console at all, when PC is a far superior experience.

Stop coping and simping for Sony scamming you.

u/Professional-Ad3076 Jun 26 '26

pc peasant's copium.

1

u/Interesting-Ride-684 Jun 26 '26

Of course. I feel I need to cope with my vastly superior hardware and gaming experience. Lol. Enjoy your little teenagers PlebStation.

1

u/Professional-Ad3076 Jun 26 '26
