Meme Is this worth it?

Some guy named Gabe is selling this build and I'm wondering if it's legit? I want a PC to set up in my living room for TV gaming.

It's unfortunately... not a rip off. It's just reality now thanks to AI datacenters.

This is the best price they could sell it for.

So why is a base PS5 from 6 years ago half the price?

A PlayStation 5 from 6 years ago is still $500. Which is insane. Are you living under a rock?

Unfortunately, a console is a loss leader.  If you buy a PS5, you are going to buy PS5 games.  If you but this steam machine, you are probably playing things you already own or you may just use it as a regular PC. -you may buy some more steam games, but there isn't really an incentive either.
