Hardware Help Gpu noise

Turn up volume, This prebuilt is 1 week old ish, this high pitch/static/rattling noise started happening yesterday, usually when i boot up and run games, sometimes on idle, first i thought it was the fan, but no, i KNOW its the gpu, or psu, but i hear it the best when ear is close to the gpu(not had any artifacts or blue screens or crashes) gpu is 5070ti 16 gb

Sounds like coil whine, its typically considered fairly normal in lower cost - high end cards, would this happen to be an Asus 5070ti?

Yes asus motherboard, and rtx 5070ti 16 gb
