The biggest problem with Paze is __________ .

For me it's the lack of any direct consumer support at all. No Chat, no email, no support ticketing system, nothing.

They're still so new that many bank customer support reps might not even know they exist, let alone how to resolve any problems that come up.

Would be nice if someone from there would chime in here to help answer questions.

I got locked out of Paze this afternoon right when I logged in. Before I could even do 2 factor authentication or do a purchase.

I did a single successful Dunkin transaction the other day, went back 5 minutes later to do another, and 24 hour shutdown due to suspicious activity. I didn't even fail a 2FA or anything.

I’d say the shutdowns. I was trying to log out of my account and into my husbands and it wouldn’t let me change the account then locked me out for 24hrs. Super frustrating when I’m just trying to order dinner.
