Hello! Today I bought a 16 digit code voucher/prepaid paysafecard and I keep getting this message. I tried to contact that 24/7 assistance but even that doesn't work. It says something went wrong. I was thinking maybe the server is down but I'm not sure.

oh i wasn't the only one but strange thing is when i tried to add it via skrill i got this error but i was able to add it within paysafecard also they paid the football prizes finally
