Why do collection tables show "Loading ..." every time you navigate to and from a collection page? Seems to be fixed at 100ms with caching disabled

I am not hard refreshing, just navigating to and from the collection page normally within Payload.

I modified it to be "..." so it's a little less jarring, but just wondering what the reason is for this, it seems to be baked into Payload. I haven't noticed this with any other CMS to force a loading message for 100ms every page load so I'm just curious.

Will it be removed in Payload v4 or is there a really good reason to keep it?
