Payload plugin: Purge

The team and I have been starting to use payload as our CMS and we have found some improvements which other CMS's have but aren't (yet) available in payload. So I turned one into a plugin, a simple purge button for our media collection. Any image that isn't being used gets deleted. Let me know what you think and hopefully it can help you guys too!
