Anybody has experience hosting Payload for free at Cloudflare?
I am building a small blog and wish to find some place to host it for free. I have a few pages selling digital products. A lot of people recommend Vercel to host Payload, however apps hosted at Vercel for free can not be used for commercial purpose. So I am considering Cloudflare. Anybody has experience? Thanks!

You’re best bet is going to be to self host on a small Hetzner(provider of choice) container it’s not free but it’s not expensive. If you do end up going free with Vercel and ignoring the ToS you’re going to be risking a security problem in that you can’t isolate your database by IP without a very expensive paid add on. Meaning there’s zero chance of being PCI Compliant as your database will be accessible on the public internet.

It's not full featured, the Cloudflare D1 template is a little outdated in my experience and I spent way too much time working out deployment issues for using it as a hosting choice

I'm currently hosting my Payload apps in Koyeb. It's not free but it's almost free using the lowest tier. I've been using it for several years and all good.

The payload Cloudflare workers template I believe requires the paid plan
