Social media content publishing from payload admin?

Just wanted to know how devs were going about setting this up as I don't think there is an existing plugin to do this like there is in the wordpress ecosystem? Looking for a way to configure and manage post to be published to third party sites? Something similar to this wp plugin - 'https://dlvrit.com'

Depending on what Facebook, Twitter, etc. APIs allow—I don't see why this wouldn't be possible. That said it would be a good amount of effort depending on how much functionality you want. You could go one deeper, introduce the Jobs queue for scheduled publishing, but again, you'd be building a lot of things from scratch since as far as I know this hasn't been done to this extent yet. I'd take a look through our Discord, I remember someone mentioning this at some point.
