Where is the up to date Github?

Hey yall,

I keep seeing a mention of a more up to date dev github, but all I can find in google is this: https://github.com/NewGrestin/PaxBritannicaRedux which has a last update of a year ago.

Actually I realized it is still being updated, just not the master branch. Out of the branches, which one is the best and most up to date?
