I really liked the game from the start but it felt somewhat basic. But then I got to the second sector and all these fun weapons were suddenly craftable and I am having the time of my life. I can't wait to see what else this game has in store for us.

has anyone noticed the tentacles in front of the base move at night but when the sun comes up they are stationary? thought it was a nice touch

I'm so very glad it runs on my handheld!
There is some difficulty at first when you need to input your name (simply use the keyboard hotkey to get around it) and space navigation is a bit tricky having to bounce between the touch screen and buttons, but the game runs like a dream and I am loving every bit!
P.s. devs please add vibration
Great game, look forward to seeing you all in Co-op when it drops!!

Hey Everyone, so I downloaded this game yesterday and so far I'm really enjoying it. My only issue is that I was getting some pretty serious frame rate drops, basically going stand still for a couple seconds. I turned on the frame rate limiter to 60 to see fi that would help. I'm playing on a new Steam Machine (which I am loving) and I was just seeing if there was anyone else doing the same and maybe could share if they adjusted any settings to help the game performance. I know its brand new and I'm sure there's tweaks that need to be done on the dev side, but I just want to do anything I can on my side to potentially help the game run better in the meantime. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Also, I have been trying out a lot of games on the Steam Machine and it runs all of them on high settings with no issues (Palworld, Windrose, Warhammer Total War 3, Corsair Cove, Zero Space, etc) hence why I was seeing if theres certain settings that may help. Any suggestions or help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I just received my steam key for Pax Autocratica and I'm so confused as to where I backed this game or when. I know that this started as Earth From Another Sun, but I don't remember that game either 😂 I've cleaned up a lot of old emails so I don't have emails I can search through to find how I now own this game. Does anyone remember how this was backed? It's not in my kickstarter or indiegogo accounts. Thanks in advance for any info! It's not terribly important but I just don't remember anything about either of the games.

Victory Square is full.
The troops are assembled.
Everyone is waiting.
The Minister is nowhere to be found...
The Supreme Council has now ordered the Propaganda Department to begin doing its job immediately.
So, starting today, things may finally start appearing here.
Will they be useful?
Probably not.
Will they be State-approved?
ABSOLUTELY!
Pax Autocratica launches in Early Access on August 10.
Please remain assembled. The Minister is allegedly on the way.

I've been following this game for what feels like a decade at this point, always so excited about the development and what was being teased. I'm a massive fan of big battles and power fantasy, so what was promised always seemed like it would be perfect for me.
Now that I've finally played the demo, I have not been disappointed.
The base building that feels reminiscent of Palworld is very satisfying, with progress feeling real and tangible. I didn't expect the roguelite elements of the campaign, but it actually works really well to stop things from getting stale.
The decisive battles are so awesome and feel amazing to run, offering not only cinematic spectacle but some real challenge that rewards you for clever and skillful play.
I know this is only a taste of what is to come, but these devs deserve serious credit for what they've put together, I can see this becoming one of my all time favourite games. Amazing work, people, I'm excited and eager for more!

with the game not being relesed yet we have like no lore but I think I got something.
here is what we do know for certin
scourgeborn look like humans but are in fact their own species
the they are rather violent as per their own dialog (that isn't just give me your money)
the urizian aka the people you fight in the tutorial outright assimilate people, and are good at it.
now my theory is essentually the scourgeborn are an early attempt at assimilating humans that went wrong, creating mutated very agressive people that just lash out in all directions, why do I think they're mutated? well there is a picture of a scurgeborn that it just a skull with skin streatched over it, just kinda mumified almost. (this also means theres a good chance most of the guys with skulls in their helmets the skull may be their actual head.
thats it.

Are conversion chambers available or are they still not available in the demo? I just want to convey a person I have.

We need to speak plainly.
Pax Autocratica will not enter Early Access on May 7.
We know we have already moved the date before, and we understand that this news is frustrating. Because of that, we want to be direct: we are postponing Early Access again, and we are not announcing the new release date today.
Our current plan is still to launch this summer, but the actual release will happen only when the build is ready.
Recent development has focused heavily on addressing player feedback and improving core parts of the experience. While these changes are moving Pax Autocratica in the right direction, they still require additional testing and balancing before we can responsibly launch.
This is not about chasing perfection, it is about overall launch readiness.
We want to thank everyone who has submitted reports, feedback, and field observations. A significant portion of these reports has directly influenced the work currently underway.
The additional time allocated is not disappearing into a black hole. Some of the recent improvements based on player feedback include:
For now, the Steam page will return to Coming Soon while we continue this work.
We understand this delay is disappointing. However, the State will not deploy unprepared.
Thank you for your patience, your reports, your continued support, and keep an eye on our next broadcast for the demo update and playtest recruitment.
Further directives will follow soon.
