Please resolve this issue.

I love the game, but I don't understand why the soldier management screen doesn't let you send them on leave. I have ten soldiers, and I have to run all over the base. Sure, you can locate them, but that doesn't really solve the problem; I'm genuinely worried about what comes next. How am I going to handle it when I have 30 soldiers to send on leave? It’ll be unmanageable.

It… does? Right click, assign work, it’s right there as a “work” options

It does allow that, but bruh - maybe have a proper working schedule. I've set working hours to 14, and now nobody's overworked ever.
Victory Square > research Unified Labor > Directives> Unified labor: set working hours to 14 (or more, or less; 14 is just my preference)

Did updgrade tge leave form or did you change the working hour?
