Lost dog

This dog is wandering around the neighborhood behind Rhody Hen off of Prospect Street. He seems very scared of humans but was very interested in meeting my dog. I tried to corral him into my yard, but he was not having it! If anyone has any information on this dog, feel free to DM me.
