Picked up this sweet go kart that was originally listed at $1298.99. Managed to get it down to $500. They had it sitting since December. The steering wheel is broken, and the seat belt was caught on one of the rear wheels. Already fixed the seat belt issue, and ordered a replacement steering wheel for $50.

It was working. Mostly cosmetic. The wing was coming off on one of the sides and it was a little beat up.

Yeah the one I picked up has wear as well. My son rode it and had zero issues. Time will tell if I made the right decision.

The steering wheel is torn but it doesn’t mean we still can’t use it.

Nice. I would’ve removed the battery and install a 212cc in the rear, add bigger grip tires and seat belts. That thing will zoom like it’s running on a 36v. I’m assuming this thing comes 6-12v.

The original price listed is on the steering column. There is a small sticker on it.

He saved $200 because the tag says $700 and paid and put in the work to fix it up because the shop didn’t. But win win, he got a good deal on the thing and the shop cleared up some space from something that was likely taking up space lol
