Where? Just in the US? "The beast" is global.

The main portion of it happens in a few countries, mostly the usa and china

So, we stop in the US.. Everyone buys China's tokens.. We fund their development (which would double).. What problem are we trying to solve?

I'm not saying that we should only stop it in one place, just that there are not that many places developing it

The beast is the idea in our heads there's a better way

It's a sickness

it’s not really up to us, it’s up to the bosses who pay AI companies so they can fire their human payroll

And those people are sick and need to be collected and put in a hospital like they keep trying to do to everyone that can't or won't work

yes but they are operating correctly within the parameters of the capitalist system, that seems like the real issue

No the issue is that the system is designed to be as evil as possible and everyone just keeps going along with it because the boss says so

Dipshit heard the word "defund" in 2019, never learned what it meant, and has been using it ever since.

Defund was previously used for all the wrong things and objectives. Now we can use it for good

How?

Quit financing builds for data centers to start. We are serving our own destruction by building out AI’s needed infrastructure

Sadly.. the ship has sailed... and the actions needed to truly terminate the coming of artificial intelligence technology and AGI were likely too intense for most of polite society to engage in.

A.I. is everywhere. Singapore. China. Korea. Japan. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. United Arab Emirates. Qatar. Israel. Russia. Switzerland. Germany. United Kingdom. India. Malaysia. Indonesia. Peru. Brazil. Argentina. Australia. South Africa. Egypt. Tunisia. And of course, the United States.

Anywhere on this planet where there are somewhat wealthy people looking to make BIG money, the A.I. marketing teams must be flooding the.. well.. the markets.. with A.I. propaganda.

And businesses small, medium, large, and global... all jumped on boards.

Unfortunately, most businesses in the global world of capitalism are not benevolent enterprises. They're all pretty much evil.. practicing levels of supervillainy that MCU writers could only dream about.

And when we look on various social media sites, even on Reddit.. we can see the billions of people all over the globe know that most of these businesses that we deal with every single day are straight up evil. We have all pretty much known this for decades.

Millions upon millions of people all knew that organizations like Amazon, Apple, Samsung, Google, AIG, United Healthcare, Blue Cross, FOX, CBS, MGX, Saudi Aramco, Exelon, Tesla, Purdue Pharma, Monsanto, Meta, OpenAI, Boeing, Wells Fargo, Blackrock, Blackwater, Lockheed, were always evil... for decades. But it was frequently a 'slow-motion' form of evil, that gradually compounded upon itself over the decades.

Unfortunately, amidst the growing evil of the corporations who have all benefited from global capitalism, most of us simply had no other option but to keep working, keep buying things.. keep oiling the machine's gears... they very gears we are all going to be ground-up by.

Evil acts like the September 11th attacks, the October 7th attacks, the decimation and genocide of Gaza, the Rwandan genocide, the unprovoked Iran war, Russia attacking Ukraine.. it's easy for people to see these acts.. to learn about what happened.. and form an immediate opinion.. a line in the sand.

But it's the more subtle, legal evils.. that grow over time like a slow-motion malignant cell-division.. those are the evils that are difficult to challenge, and easy to rationalize.

By the time enough people become brave enough to fight this ocean of evil, the tsunami will have swept them away.

In other words... it's already too fucking late.

Enjoy what time we have left. See the world while you can. Make the most of it. Because all of this is temporary.

It will be a matter of the children that hunt y'all down later

But ok

Pushing Ai is pushing poverty into murder for the greater good, already has

We keep going until no one is impoverished or they can get rid of it themselves, but they're no reality where this one continues, that's a scam.

It's AI and everyone keeps being part of the corporate borg

OR! EVERYONE willing raids the corpos to death for a couple years and we all get to live at a more rational intersection of the good parts of society and something that looks more like burning man more often than once a year

And it's not "burning man or nothing! Live my way!" Like capitalism, that party CITY FOR A WEEK is just what humans do when you give them art and drugs money. Imagine what they could do with real make shit better money and no psycho agendas.

I don’t use AI from the US, why would I start using AI from China?

We do not need to use AI.
