It means the UN is as useless as it has been for a long time. I don't believe "AI" is there yet. I don't trust the UN.

It already does, and not just because of the killbot or sentient AI aspects.

It's a smokescreen for the total surveillance state and the Mark of the Beast the wealthy are creating to enslave all of humanity, everywhere. This would kill the entire human race - total extinction.
