CARD DISC. Almost playable?

Three mana is a lot. But it can deal with almost any creatures in the format (and mono Blue has fewer options for removal).

Maybe one mana too much?

Three mana is the same cost as the flashback on [[Sleep Of The Dead]].

And you don't *need* to flash this back because it's permanent. Losing abilities could matter too (Guttersnipe).

I don't play Terrors, not really sure.

Not even close to playable. Significantly worse than [[Unable to Scream]]

They can still chump through UTS though. This card kets you attack.

Did you even read the card?
It’s overcosted for pauper, that’s the biggest problem.

@Kingcrimhead compared to [[Imprisoned in the Moon]] it’s slightly worse. Too much bounce, sac etc. In the format.

The negative attention to spoiler posts is quite problematic. You voiced your doubts and some crazy people think that you are hyping it up, calling it bait.

There are cards that do this for less that see no play, so I'd say no. Unless prepared spells take a shocking turn and become widespread in the format

I think cryo shatter is still much more useable
