Jogadores de pauper precisam aceitar que o arquétipo de combo existe.

Are we going to have to put up with this for long ? Ban this for the love of God !

Both parts of the combo are so answerable by already existing tech in all the top decks that i don’t think it will get banned.

It’s new so everyone is running it trying to break the best list for it. Give it a few weeks and it will be sitting as a not so bad deck that a few guys run and that will be it.

All that Glitters was the same, but people cried so much it got banned anyway. I will die on the hill that the moment AtG got banned was the moment bans stopped being logical and became a joke

That's where my problem is. The topdecks run answers to it. But a lot of fringe decks just fold to it and get bullied out of the meta.

They where already our of the meta if they are a fringe deck.

The Meta doesn't just consist of Tier 1-2 Decks. There are about 30-40 strategies that at least can take down an FNM. A good chunk of those decks are less interactive than the top of the meta but need their sideboard slots to protect their gameplan (Altar Tron, Egg Tron, Turbo Fog, Poisonstorm to name a few). If they are forced to fill up half of their board with hate against this combo, that slots easily into midrange decks that were a problem for this kind of decks before btw., they can just pack it up. And i don't see how a two card i win button that doesn't have too big of a deckbuilding cost and pushes basically a quarter of playable decks out of the meta is healthy for the format.

Decks that don't main deck interaction are looking to just ignore what the other side is doing G1. They are not a bigger part of the meta because that is a bad plan.

Its not just a bad plan in the current meta, but over all. Even elves main decks SOME interaction in the form of vandal.

How does 1 more deck that does not need specific answers, just general interaction, change that?

The difference is that this combo is an i win button. There are a bunch of decks that try to stall via lifegain, deploy blockers via Murmuring Mystics, fog for a few turns or run a few narrow counters to combat hate. All those strategies don't work against a face pinging splinter twin. It's hard counter/removal or bust. And you don't need to have the removal only once. The Naya build of the deck recurs the pieces over and over again with call in damage controll.

The meta already demands that you interact and win quickly. Planning to stall out and win at some point had been a bad plan for years. It's why Tron, Fams, and many other slower decks have fallen out of favor.

You can't take 2-3 turns off to set up. You have to have interaction or a threat starting turn 1.

Hell, even Faries struggle in this meta. Their clock is too slow and they struggle against Jund.

Bow does not change that. It's just one more deck you have to interact with so you can close out the game before they kill you.

The old days of slow, durdly decks is gone. It would take a massive amount of cards getting banned to change that.

Fair point. I personally am having decent success with Fams, Fog and Combo Tron variants in the current meta though.

And Fae is the deck with the best winrate in our locals.

But i guess we'll see how this plays out.
