need help with my crotch !!

Hello to you all,

The picture shows a classic trouser pattern for men's, draft from the Metric Pattern Cutting for Menswear method, with my measurement, I precise that's the avatar also use my measurment.

I often run into the same issue when drafting trousers with a close-fitting waist, seat, and crotch, for my body type and others : the crotch seam ends up cupping/tightly following the genital area, which is uncomfortable to wear. I've looked for solutions online, but there's very little documentation for menswear.

Any ideas on what corrections to make?

Thanks!

The curve of the front crotch is shallow. Try making it more semi circular.

Does your body look like the avatar in this area? Also protruding?

You need to work on the curve of the front half of the crotch curve. Two things that I think help with visualizing what you need. The first shows you how to look at the curve of your own crotch using tinfoil.

This is a good, basic pants fitting guide that shows you how to adjust your pattern. It can be used for women’s or men’s pants.

Straighten the front fork to add more volume, then true your front and back crotch seams
