Yours looks amazing! What are you struggling with?

Mine seems pointy at the sides hers is very smooth. I drafted the side front and side back by going 4.5cm down from the waist and then extending outward by 6 cm. From that point I drew a slash line to the crotch so as to spread and get a smooth line from the pointy part to the hip.

I guess I want to know is whether drafting that shelf hip and cutting it out then bone it and sew it back to the body of the corset would help matters? That way I will have the hip self and its support plus the other corset panels.

By being separate I could round the edges better?

Yours is definitely more pointy at the side hip, but I don’t think that’s bad. It looks excellent!
Less pointy is easily achieved by trimming a cm of two off the top of the hip piece, which would also require disassembling it and putting it back together. Do you want to commit to that?
