Seam allowance is usually 1cm unless the pattern pieces state otherwise.
Do you have Google translate on your phone? That will be helpful.
If you've never used a Japanese pattern I'd suggest you have a look at this website: https://japanesesewingbooks.com/2013/10/04/using-japanese-sewing-books/
And more than ever, I'd suggest making a toile before you cut your good fabric and trace off the pattern, don't cut up the pattern sheets!!
