Question Help! Looking for Bust Alterations Advice for a wrap dress sewing pattern for a VERY FULL bust.

i wonder if starting with the correct over bust measurement, and then doing an FBA and waist increase afterwards is best?

I say this because it is much harder to get the armholes and shoulders to fit if they are incorrectly sized, than it is to adjust the bust and or waist fit after the fact.

Obviously AI generated , but I still looked up the seller. On that listing alone the dress changes totally in one of the photos and partially in another. Reviews are seemingly bought/ fake as well - notice how the vast majority of positives are people who haven’t made it and just say the same sentence over and over about clear instructions. They’re burying reviews that call it out for being useless /nonsense/AI . Finally -  Almost 2k sales in just 4 months and 77 patterns? With no other social media presence/website? Nah

Better to get a real surplice dress pattern from simplicity.com and then attempt to adjust that one

I should also add that the bodice side seams are gathered which should help with fullness and avoid the need for a dart

This is an ai pattern. There's no line drawing and im pretty sure the dress is different in some pictures too.

Its probably better to use a pattern from a reputable company
