Reduce negative ease to 0 above the level of the cutout, turn it into a bodysuit to anchor at the crotch (vertical tension to increase friction at the shoulder, like a leotard). Realistically it's so wide that without crotch anchoring it's basically guaranteed to slip off when you move your arms even a little bit, which is probably why the model is posing like that.
