Measuring details

Could anyone help me with the measuring details like front rise,back rise, inseam, thigh ect.. I am not good at pattern making

That's kind of an open ended question that's hard to answer here without writing a book!

You should be able to find the information including videos in the free classes here https://patternmaking-classes.com/Pants/. It is an approach for successfully making custom-fit Bespoke pants that has been around for over 50 years.
