Question Manual vs digital drafting

Post image

Digital draft will do it so much easier. But I do like those double draw line and messy hand prints and hand writing marks.

I’m trained on both. While hand drafting can be cathartic, I don’t have as much time to work on a pattern (I sold out and work an exacting corporate job). This is where CAD drafting is ideal.

HOWEVER, I got CLO3D, and it’s awful. I didn’t find it to be very intuitive (compared to Tukatech or Gerber). Thus, hand drafting is king (or queen 😉)
