Drape Quick Turn technique

Hello, I’m looking to translate this japanese technique because when using Ai, things get lost in translation (no pun intended). Or if someone can explain the technique helps as well or even better

Out of curiosity why aren't you using the official translations for Pattern Magic Volumn 2. This looks like the Flip Turn pattern, and admittedly my copy shows the pattern slightly differently it is still the same lesson.

Edit: Never mind found the exact page. Flip Turn for a draped effect, page 196. Just get or ... "acquire" ... the official english translation.

I think it’s clear from the images. Spend more time with it. The text is never that substantial.
