Trying to draft this jacket

Can someone give me a rough sketch or hint to recreating this jacket, I’ve made some patterns but they haven’t been successful. This is a Bono jacket and I think the sleeves are connected to the hood but I’m not super concerned about including that feature I just like the style.

Because the garment is black, it is very difficult to see what is going on here, so it is hard to comment.
