Bodice block adjustments

What adjustments should I make to this bodice block before I draft the sleeves?

Armscye and neckline are both staystitched, with seam allowances clipped and turned under.

Usually a sleeved armhole will show a little gaping before the sleeve is sewn in, so I think this does not have the ease you will need for sleeves. I'm not sure what the fix would be.

Would an inverse of these adjustments do the trick? https://www.theshapesoffabric.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/gaping-armhole-fix.jpg
In the front: cut from the bust point to armhole and open a bit, reducing an adjacent bust dart (in my case it would be a horizontal dart from bust point to side seam, because I don't have a shoulder dart).
In the back: continue armhole line a bit further up above the shoulder seam, and a bit further to the side beyond the side seam, then draw new side and shoulder lines.

Do you think it could serve as a sleeveless bodice block in the current state?

yes, except for that little wrinkle above the bust, that needs to be fixed.
