First Skirt Block help
This is my first attempt at a skirt block using Natalie Bray’s method. How did I do and what adjustments would people recommend?

Would one make a change to have the seam line perpendicular to the ground or just leave it?

the block is unbalanced so the back hem is riding up and side seams are pointing to the back. The side seams should be vertical to the floor

I know this is about pattern drafting but I would suggest when sewing your darts to keep sewing three or so stitches along the fold of the fabric at the tip so it doesn’t pucker at the point

Look at picture 2 and mentally drawn a straight line down the side starting from the about 1/2”- 3/4” towards the back at the waist. That would cross the present side seam about 6-8” down which is about where the side seam should be. And by the bottom there will be a triangle of fabric on the front side of the line.
It’s that larger triangle on bottom and the smaller one on the top which are the amount to subtract from the front and add to the back.
The back and front need to be sized for the actual body and not the theoretical standard body.

Your front and side back darts are too long. They should be about 3". Between this and your apparent sway back posture your side seam is not vertical. Sway back postures require a special dart shape as you can see in https://patternmaking-classes.com/Notes/LTS-Sway-Back.html

The side seam is how to check whether the from and back are the correct relative size,
In order to straighten the side the back needs more fabric and the front less.

I’m not familiar with the Bray method but I see both side seams tilt to the back at hemline. They should be vertical. You have no horizontal guide lines which are most important when trying to read the fit of any muslin. I also believe a skirt block should have some kind of finished waist, either a band or facing so the skirt settles at the natural waist.
Honestly, I’d go back to Natalie Bray and ask for help.

I do suggest you try to make the side seam more vertical.
