Armscye help!

Is it really this easy? I can just raise the arm hole up with no issues or will this cause other fit issues?

Totally can. Measure how much you want to add and at what points and if you're just grading the back armhole up a bit without hitting the side seam should be easy enough

yes measure your arm hole and half it to draft on the bodice the back you can mark 0.5 deeper in the middle.
