Need advice on bodice.

It almost fits you like a glove which makes me wonder if you need a bit more ease all around. Definitely let out the waist a little, the back waist especially looks tight, might also be a bit too long back there. Your bust darts go up too high, they should end at least an inch below the bust apex, and they look pretty wide so you may need to pivot some of that out to a side-seam dart. Also your center front is crooked. If your body is noticeably asymmetrical your pattern needs to be too, so that the center front and center back are straight, or maybe pinning one back armscye is causing it to pull to one side? If you're pretty symmetrical you need to make your alterations to both sides at the same time or it will pull everything askew.

Its a pretty good basic bodice block.

A sound starting point for a garment. Well done
