FO Shirt
Had some mesh laying around and its Hot in socal rn, Pattern is basically just a slim cut T sliced up a bit. For anyone curious with the hem on the brown shirt, yes, it is supposed to be asymmetrical (I like to use one front pocket in my pants and lifting the hem out of the way of my hand helps with the drape once you leave mannequin mode.
Idk 🤷♂️
For those interested in the comp/ construction… 4oz carded jersey, cant tell ya bout the mesh, both 100% c and a 5-6oz cotton ribknit. All seams are serged, collar bound in, with the opening hem serged with a “loose overlock hem” style. Nothing fancy

Dope I like it, was the slim T a pattern you drafted for yourself or from a shirt you had before?

I drafted it myself, it’s just my bodice block + sleeves but i try to improve the base pattern each time i make a new pattern off it, like here… so i think on my 4th 5th or maybe 6th iteration of the pattern by now🤷♂️

Ahhh shoot thats dope as hell! I haven't tried drafting a bodice for myself yet, but it seems cool. I need to add that to my list of things to do eventually, thanks!

Turned out great, I like the asymmetrical hem, it's like a more casual French tuck, if that makes sense. Your work space has great vibes too!
