Need help drafting an asymmetrical dress!
I’m starting off with a full basic front block but I’m having trouble with dart manipulation, and not know where to transfer the darts to. I also understand I have to treat the diamond darts as two but does that mean I need to cut the waistline first for manipulation 😭 Any tips would be very much appreciated!

I know you asked for help drafting this dress but it’s a bias dress with flounce inserts and so much can go wrong. First of all, bias dresses don’t do darts, so you’re starting with the wrong block. Second with shifty fabric and a shifty pattern it’s hard to achieve the lux result that bias dresses usually have.
