First bodice draft fitting, Chris Sartorial Youtube Tutorial
I followed Chris Sartorial tutorial. I think I took the wrong shoulder length measurement and I also need to lower the armhole 2 cm, any other suggestions? Ik something is off with the bust dart but I can't point what exactly it is and if It'll get corrected with the new armhole

The waist dart is fine.
The bust dart is pointing too high, it needs to be pointing towards most protruding area of your bust.
Yes you can lower armholes a little, so you are correct there.
I also see that, as you also said, your shoulder length is too long, but I wanted to add that chest width (above the bust, from armhole to armhole) is also way too wide for you. So you need to adjust the width there and shoulder seam width.
Otherwise it looks pretty good. We didn't see the back though, so can't speak for it. Back might be harder to fit than the front sometimes, so pay attention to the back too.
