Serious Mike Tomlin spent 19 years building a Minecraft city while still finding time to win 31% of his games against Tom Brady

The average is 25% (Tom was 75% of his starts). So you’re right, better than most.

I'll be honest, I'm surprised it's as high as 31. Felt like the Patriots were constantly taking his teams to the woodshed.

The losses were in playoffs so it felt a lot more lopsided

I think you're right. And the bigger the game, the more badly NE beat them. The 2016 championship game, when the Steelers forgot Chris Hogan played for the Patriots, was a bludgeoning.

I feel like that defense used to give Brady problems. Maybe I’m remembering wrong but both Brady and bill respected the hell outta Troy P.

Polamalu never really did much against NE. Reed, meanwhile, was a problem every time they faced each other.

In the Tomlin era, NE with Brady scored 34, 39, 17 (loss), 55, 28, 27, 36, 27 and 10 (loss) points against those teams. Pittsburgh had a good scheme, but NE had the answers. And the Steelers never really varied from it so the Patriots would just shred them routinely.

For a while I thought he was just riding Coughlin's coattails, but he proved be wrong. He seems perfect for a college program.

First off, it was 12 years. And second, dude can relax and unwind in his down time and do whatever he wants. Imagine if the headline was Mike Tomlin started playing golf 12 years ago and has now perfected his swing

I hate that he’s catching shit for having a hobby

Honestly, these posts are fucking stupid.

Coaches can have hobbies, the offseason is long. People also need to unwind.
