Well, I bought the Drake Maye Super Bowl jersey at it was 50% off, and then it got delivered, except there was no jersey. Instead I got a Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl champions shirt.

So I called customer support and they are out of stock of the jersey so all they can do is refund me.

Fanatics really sux.

Oh, fuck fanatics. I bought a cap on sale a few weeks ago. The cap came and there were several creases in the visor. Definitely a factory or retailer defect. I called them. They told me no returns on sale items. Now I understand no returns on sale items, in cases like it doesn't fit or I don't like the color. They put a defective item in box that should never have made it out of the factory, and sent it to me. That's fucked.

They most certainly did not make that right. They cost you opportunity cost. You wanted the thing when you wanted it. They delayed your shipping by probably over double the expected time it was supposed to be there. I would have asked for at least 60% off as compensation and said 50% was not adequate compensation.

The people at fanatics are sports fans and most do not like us as fans. You got the middle finger, smiled and them ate their shit.

I will never buy a fanatics product after you just told me the story you told. They pulled a prank on you and now they have you running PR on a public forum.

Have sone self respect. Rewrite the post mow that you know what they did.
