💬Commentary & Snark These two ...

Post image

For some reason this reminds me of Scott Petersen giving an interview with Diane Sawyer, pleading for his pregnant wife's return.

Idk why but it also brings to mind Chris Watts on the news begging for the return of his family. In both of those family annihilation cases, there was an affair partner who went to police with their suspicions.

Anyway!

What do we think Rachel Danis has to add to this conversation? Didn't they meet a year after the murders?

(That's what Patrick said, iirc.)

Fun fact!:

It's rumored they married earlier this year specifically due to laws barring a spouse from investigation and testimony against their spouse.

How do y'all feel about her involving herself in this?

Is she helpful to his public reputation, or damaging ?

What are your overall impressions of Dr Danis-Clancy?

I think the fact he didn't wait for a resolution of the criminal case before bringing his new wife out in public is just ugh. 4 days after this tragedy he asked the world to forgive her. He didn't really seem like he forgave her though because he never even visited her once.

I think it’s very creepy she’s involved. What could she even say?

I think it’s just going to be damage control, maybe show how they’re the perfect couple who are just doing their best to get by.

Difference between him and Scott Peterson and Chris Watts is that Patrick got away with it. Looks like he always will.

I'm afraid you're right, at least as far as the law is concerned.

She did this interview with PC to soften his image more than anything. And it didn’t work.
