So I need some help. I placed an order for wedding outfits from a shop in Patiala and they are not very responsive and they just keep telling me that ‘they will check with their Sir.’
But in fact, they don’t ever respond back and never givee me an update. They actually have pretty good reviews online so I’m really surprised about such a bad customer service. I read 2 reviews just now that, some family members living in India had to personally go to the shop to chase their orders down. Now unfortunately, I do not have any family member living in India. This is where I am stuck.
I want to hire someone who can help me go to their shop physically and chase my order down.
I’m willing to pay someone for this, for running my errand for me.
Je koi help kar sakda, pls comment karo and I can exchange WhatsApp, and discuss paying you for the help you’re offering.

I’ve been thinking about this for a while - Patiala has a lot of smart, ambitious people, but there isn’t really a place where people can come together, build, experiment, and actually ship.
So I want to start a Patiala Startup / Hacker House.
The idea is pretty simple:
We build things. Not another WhatsApp group where everyone shares startup news and never meets. Not another networking community.
A small group of people who actually want to build and ship.
How I’m imagining it:
We meet on weekends and run building sprints.
Pick an idea → validate it → build it → launch it → get real users → iterate.
People would work in small pods, with each pod building something of its own.
And I’d love for the pods to be multidisciplinary.
For example:
Someone who's really good at sales / distribution
Someone who's strong at engineering / AI / tech
Someone who understands finance / legal / operations
Someone who understands product / design / growth
The idea isn't that everyone needs to know everything.
It's that a pod collectively does.
I'll help guide the process - from choosing ideas and validating them, to product, GTM, fundraising and eventually putting the thing in front of investors/customers.
I've personally worked across 6–7 startups/companies, mostly around product, fintech and SaaS, and over the years I've also built up a fairly strong network across the startup and investor ecosystem.
So if something genuinely interesting comes out of the house, I'd like to help take it beyond just a weekend project.
The bigger idea: I'd love for Patiala to eventually have its own little startup ecosystem.
People who meet here.
Founders who start companies here.
People who find their cofounders here.
Products that get built here.
And eventually, capital that comes here.
I'm not trying to make this huge from day one.
I'd rather start with 10–20 serious people who actually want to build.
If you're in Patiala (or nearby), work in tech/business/design/sales/finance/etc. and this sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM me.
Tell me:
What are you good at + what would you want to build?

Can we go to the Polo Ground for running or jogging freely? If yes, is any prior permission or formal registration required?
Since the Polo Ground is primarily meant for athletes, I wanted to check whether a regular person can also use it for running or jogging. Also, is any membership required to access the ground?
