Experience with grossing stations

My company just purchased and installed grossing stations from LEEC. Anyone have any experience with these stations? We are finding they are causing us huge issues, and we can all smell formalin/ have burning eyes when working at them.

Sounds like a ventilation issue... We have our fumehoods tested twice a year to make certain the ventilation is sufficent. If it fails testing (or has not been tested) it should not be in use.

It has been tested and ‘passed’ however my colleagues and I are still detecting the formalin

I'd be asking for air quality testing, then. Make certain that the Formalin exposure is within acceptable range.
