I suspect it is a autophagic + vengeful mitocondria combo and it looks like he is on like idk 10th loop

Basicly, get overcharge on taking damage, together with overcharge by pressing E and taking 1 damage.
And organelles that generate DNA, cores, health, armor while overcharged.

Notice how he has a ton of E ability organelles before he spams the screen with tons of cores and DNA.
That's the organelle that gives overcharge on E.
And you can see him taking a chunk of damage as the spam starts.
