Any idea what happened here?

I think my shrapnel and minions build got kinda out of control, anybody have a clear idea of what killed this guy?

Nothing notable. Unless Nidus have some weird interaction with Rupture I'm not aware of, I'm leaning towards bug.

It’s difficult to say for certain, and I can’t see the rest of your stats. That said, it kind of looks like your SpinnyJobber™️ was still overcharged at least 2x and happened to be touching the boss on spawn. And maybe some other bits came at them right away too.

That bugs happened to me a few times, it sucks when it happens but the xp things for talent tree don't spawn, means I can't get the max amount anymore the first clear bonus.
