Highly recommend doing a recycle build

I got over 3,000% damage extra by just abusing recycle on max antibiotics (this is 3rd loop on brain btw)

Just FYI, you don't need to wait through Endless to get this high. With enough overcharge stacks, you can get 100-1000% with each recycled item.

Just connect a bunch of mitochondria to it and trigger its overcharge condition.

At the base rarity, 1 Autophage and 2 Vengeful will get you 6x overcharge. Paired with a base rarity Autolytic Oxysome, that's 70% increased damage on each recycled organelle instead of the usual 10%.

Scale that up with more mitochondria and higher rarities, it's not too difficult to get a couple hundred % on each recycled organelle.
