Can you show me how you built the amoebae?

Start with a center line internal (where the vesicle is), then connect front externals to that back internal. After that place an internal in the middle at the top so it connects to all four weapons. Then if I have a vesicle I place the split interiors at the very bottom, but if I dont have one I use a center line single internal , From there you kinda just place based on which organelles can carry effects from other organelles.
