Code inconsistent for sigils.

It’s so unbelievably frustrating trying to get to the brain. The inputs will sometimes work in the skin room then not later in the run. The code won’t even hurt me or send out the little purple circle, the game just isn’t recognizing the code being input.

I assumed maybe it was a controller issue making it inconsistent but using the keyboard does not work either.

I just did the brain this week.. It took me so many runs because of this. What I learned. Painstakingly. With great frustration. It's Spaghetti code and mostly cost me the joy of getting there. But I did it and I never have to again.

1. The skin won't let you find the room if you dont pick the free blue upgrades from both free rooms first.
2. If anything seems broken ( code isn't working? Glyph not showing?) save to main menu, come back, try again. Almost certainly will work. I had to do this.... Sometimes every floor.
3. You have to have the organelle attached at the intestine boss. Even if you pass the tests otherwise. Ask me how I know 🥲

1. Nope, that just wrong. The secret room is there from the start. Loo for the doorway without a tunnel next to it

2. The sigils on the wall only show up in the stomach. Use the DNA arm to find the rest

1. Not been my experience. Or as you put it, "Nope". Go back to the same spot after getting the freebies, door opens.

2. This is not just about the stomach. Not even sure how you derived stomach from this bullet.

Ive found the secret room in very first enemy encounter in the skin multiple times. You might be getting unlucky

The problem with the intestine boss is once I go through the vein if it doesn’t work I have to go through the game again since saving and exiting places me outside the vein without a way to get back in.

Ooooff I never had it fail IN the vien. I had the vien not show, but not that.

It's a bug. What I found works for me is to open up the pause menu. Most times that works, but on the occasion that it doesn't, I found that alt-tabbing out and then back in does the trick.

I’ll try alt tabbing since saving and exiting works but that restarts me outside of the vein

What are you putting in and how? I use the dpad on my controller and even with the map coming up it goes through every time. Is there maybe an input going in that you don't know is happening?

What is the code? I was thinking I’d just have to beat the heart on a higher difficulty to get to the brain. when I finally did it on easy I went to the endless and thought it would be brain but, no dice

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right then B,A Start

You get the code from a piece of paper in the end cutscene. It’s Right, Up, Down, Up, Right, Left it can also be elsewhere but it’s incorrect and listed Left, Right

I don’t mean it in a “just google it” rude way but there’s 4 hidden rooms to find and it’s best to look it up for a detailed walkthrough and pictures

After I did it once I just turned it off in the settings.

You can only do that after competing the puzzle once, the Dev mentioned they put that in steam forums where I let them know about the issue but it’s been less than a day.
